- Coupons for SUPER LUCK are not for sale.
- 6. Definition of bonus points
- "Bonus points" means cyber bonus points that are paid free of charge when members use the SUPER LUCK site.
- 7. Definition of cache
- The term "cash" refers to a "pre-chargeable electronic payment method" in which members pay for using paid services on the site.
- 8. Definition of mileage
- It refers to another type of cyber money that is differentiated from the "bonus points" that are paid differently for each member level set by the site when using paid services within the site.
- Article 3 (Specification and Description and Amendment of Terms and Conditions)
- ① The company posts the contents of these terms and conditions, trade name and representative name, address of business office (including address that can handle consumer complaints), copy number, e-mail address, business registration number, mail order business report number, personal information management manager, etc. on the initial service screen of the site so that members can easily check them. However, the details of the terms and conditions can be viewed by members through the connection screen.
- ② The company may amend these terms and conditions to the extent that they do not violate related laws such as the Consumer Protection Act in Electronic Commerce, the Regulation of Terms and Conditions, the Framework Act on Electronic Documents and Electronic Transactions, the Electronic Financial Transactions Act, the Electronic Signature Act, the Information and Communication Network Promotion and Information Protection Act, and the Framework Act on Consumers.
- ③ If the company revises the terms and conditions, it shall specify the date of application and the reason for the revision, and notify the current terms and conditions on the website screen from 7 days before the application date (but 30 days before the application date if it changes to something unfavorable to the members).
- ④ The terms and conditions changed pursuant to paragraph 3 shall not be applied retroactively before the application date unless otherwise specified in the relevant statutes and other unavoidable reasons.
- ⑤ If a member does not express his/her intention to reject after the date of application announced pursuant to paragraph (3), it shall be deemed to agree to the revised terms and conditions, and a member who does not agree to the changed terms and conditions may request withdrawal of the member. Notwithstanding the measures of paragraph (3), the company shall not be liable for the damage caused by the member's failure to know about the revision of the terms and conditions.
- ⑥ Matters not prescribed in these terms and conditions and interpretations of these terms and conditions shall be governed by relevant laws and regulations such as the Consumer Protection Act in Electronic Commerce, the Regulation of Terms and Conditions, and the Consumer Protection Guidelines in Electronic Commerce, etc. prescribed by the Fair Trade Commission.
- ⑦ If the provisions of these terms and conditions conflict with the compulsory laws of the Republic of Korea, they shall be governed by the compulsory laws and regulations. In this case, it does not affect the effectiveness of other provisions.
- Article 4 (Construction and termination of a service use contract)
- ① The service use contract is established by agreeing to the company's terms and conditions when using paid services on the site, writing personal information (such as ID, password, name, e-mail, date of birth, phone number, bank account information, and other matters deemed necessary by the company) on a set form, and pressing the "OK" button.
- ② Those who join the membership must provide the personal information required by the company.
- The company can receive membership ID and password, manage them, and request membership ID and password when using the service.
- ③ Members can only own a single ID in their name.
- ④ Pursuant to Article 4, Paragraph 1, any of the following persons may not use SUPER LUCK's lottery purchase agency service, and if a violation of the relevant law is suspected, it may be sued or prosecuted by a judicial authority.
- A. In the case of using or stealing another person's name
- B. Cases where there is false or intentional omission of entry in the contents of the application
- C. If a minor under the age of 19 has joined (However, an act committed after the age of 19 or older is recognized as effective)
- D. In the event that a member's qualification is revoked under these terms and conditions
- E. Where a law and these terms and conditions prohibit or act against public order by using SUPER LUCK
- ⑤ If a member whose use contract has been terminated by the company pursuant to Article 4 of these Terms and Conditions applies for re-use, the real name authentication must be successful with his or her mobile communication device in order to use the service, and authentication must be re-authenticated when changing the mobile communication usage number. Members whose membership has been suspended or canceled pursuant to the provisions of Article 4 'E' shall not use the service.
- ⑥ Members can request the company to leave at any time, and the company handles the membership withdrawal immediately after the member withdrawal request. Membership will be lost when membership withdrawal is made, and all bonus points, mileage, and benefits based on the company's membership rating will be extinguished. However, if there is cash that has not been exhausted at the time of membership withdrawal, it will be processed in accordance with Article 9 of this Terms and Conditions.
- ⑦ If the same act is repeated more than once after the company restricts its membership or if the reason is not corrected within 30 days, the company may lose its membership.
- ⑧ If the company loses its membership, it will cancel its membership registration and give it an opportunity to explain at least 30 days before canceling its membership.
- Article 5 (Use and Suspension of Services)
- ① Cash paid charging for the use of paid services on the site, such as the U.S. lottery purchase agency service through SUPER LUCK, and if members win the lottery after the U.S. lottery purchase agency, they will be automatically charged with cash on the site, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, unless there is a special obstacle to the company's work or technology.

- ③ Cancellation or refund is not possible only for applications made five hours before the lottery deadline and completed local purchase agency.

- ⑤ When using a U.S. lottery purchase agency, members pay for the actual lottery price and fees for using the agency service provided by SUPER LUCK.
- ⑥ The Company may temporarily suspend the provision of services in the event of a natural disaster, similar force majeure, repair, inspection, replacement, failure of information and communication facilities such as computers, or in the event of service improvement, supplementation, or relocation of Internet Data Center (IDC), and is not obligated to compensate users (members).
- ⑦ The company shall notify the members of the damage caused by the temporary or permanent suspension of the provision of the service due to the company's own reasons and compensate them on the site. This is not the case if the company proves that it is not intentional or negligent.
- ⑧ In the event that the service is unable to be provided due to the transition of business items, termination or abandonment of business, the closure of the company, merger, division, business transfer, etc., the company shall notify and compensate the members in accordance with Article 9 of this Terms and Conditions.
- Article 6 (Notification to Members)
- ① If the company notifies its members, they can notify them by e-mail, SMS, telephone, fax, etc. in accordance with the method specified by the member's prior agreement with the company.
- ② In the case of notification to a large number of unspecified members, the company may substitute for individual notifications by posting them on SUPER LUCK's notice (member center) for at least seven days. However, individual notifications shall be given to matters that have a significant impact on U.S. lottery purchase agency applications or paid payments.
- Article 7 (Personal Information Protection)
- ① The company collects the minimum amount of personal information to the extent necessary to provide services when collecting members' personal information.
- ② When signing up for membership, the company does not collect information necessary to fulfill the purchase contract in advance. However, in order to fulfill the obligations under the relevant laws and regulations, if identification is necessary before the purchase contract, the minimum personal information can be collected.
- ③ When the company collects and uses the member's personal information, it notifies the member of the purpose and obtains consent.
- ④ The company shall not use the collected personal information for any purpose other than its purpose, and in the event of a new purpose of use or provision to a third party, the relevant member shall be notified of the purpose and consent shall be obtained at the stage of use and provision: Provided, That this shall not apply where otherwise provided for in the relevant statutes.
- ⑤ Where a company requires the consent of a member pursuant to paragraphs (3) and (4), it shall specify or notify the matters prescribed in the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization, Information Protection, etc. such as the identity of the person in charge of personal information management (affiliated, name and phone number, other contact information), the purpose of collecting and using information, and matters related to the provision of information to third parties (the person provided, the purpose of provision, and the contents of information to be provided), and the member may withdraw this consent at any time.
- Article 8 (Provision of Information and Publication of Advertisements)
- ① The company may notify the members of various information on the bulletin board that they are deemed necessary while using the service, or provide it to the members by e-mail, SMS, phone, or app push. Members may refuse to receive e-mails at any time, except for procedural information for the fulfillment of obligations imposed on the company by law, answers to member inquiries, and other transaction-related information.
- ② The company can place advertisements on the service screen, e-mail, etc. in relation to the operation of the service. Members who receive e-mails containing advertisements can refuse to receive them, and the company provides members with methods for refusing to receive them.
- Article 9 (Payment and Refund)
- ① Payment methods for using U.S. lottery purchase agencies and paid services provided on the site can be used by various card payment methods such as credit cards, prepaid cards, and debit cards.
- ② Payment products listed on the site are subject to VAT (VAT) separately and will be applied in the amount including VAT (VAT) when actual payment is made.

- Article 11 (Lottery Purchase Agency)

- ③ The application for a lottery purchase agency must be completed before the time announced by the company, and the lottery applied after the deadline will be transferred to the next round.
- ④ If the member's purchase agency number differs from the actual purchase agency number due to a mechanical defect or error of the local lottery vendor, the actual lottery result will be canceled and only the member's purchase agency application will be refunded.
- ⑤ If the number of lottery tickets that the member applied for as a purchasing agent and the number with an error are printed on one ticket, only the lottery with the error number will be invalidated and automatically refunded.

- ④ After the announcement of the winners, the winning physical lottery will be delivered overseas by paid service (cash and mileage) upon request for membership. (See the website for postage costs.)
- Article 13 (Fees, taxes, and expenses for winning overseas lottery tickets)
- ① The company will add a fee for each case and payment amount when a member applies for an overseas lottery purchase agency (paid service) through the SUPER LUCK site.
- ② Fees for each item notified on the site and each payment amount may change according to the company's policy.
- ③ The Company will use the U.S. Lottery Purchase Agency through the SUPER LUCK site, and will receive 5% of the actual amount received by the members excluding taxes and all expenses when winning more than US$100,000 (e.g., U.S. Lottery 1 and 2), and the members will be deemed to have agreed when applying for the U.S. Lottery Purchase Agency on the site.
- ④ If you win less than $600, you will be automatically charged to your cash before 1 p.m. the next day, as of the winner's announcement date. No additional taxes will be incurred. The charged cash will be withdrawn in cash 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
- ⑥ If the prize money is between US$100,000 and less than US$1,000,000 (approximately KRW 1.3 billion), 24-37% of US federal taxes (US$165,000 = 24% minimum tax rate based on the prize money, more than $600,000 = 37% maximum tax rate), and the difference in remittance fees will be automatically charged to the cash within 15 business days (based on the winner's announcement date).

- ⑦ If you win more than US$1 million (about KRW 1.3 billion), you will visit the United States directly with SUPER LUCK employees and receive the lottery prize with a local purchasing agency and a contracted lawyer.
- SUPER LUCK will cover all expenses incurred in receiving the winnings in advance, including general airfare and 3-4 star hotel accommodation for up to 2 months. (Detailed support items are discussed with the winner.)
- The winner will pay 5% of the actual amount of tax and all expenses to SUPER LUCK after receiving the prize.
- ⑧ If you win more than US$10 million (KRW 13 billion), you will visit the United States directly with SUPER LUCK employees and receive your lottery winnings with a local purchasing agency and a contracted lawyer.
- SUPER LUCK will cover all expenses incurred in receiving the winnings, including attorney appointment fees, first-class airfare, five-star hotel accommodation for up to two months, and security fees.
- The winner will pay 5% of the actual amount of tax and all expenses to SUPER LUCK after receiving the prize.
- ⑨ When winning the U.S. lottery, the tax and payment deadline according to the winning amount must be in accordance with the relevant country's laws or the relevant country's lottery business regulations, and if you win a large amount, domestic laws are also applied, which may result in separate taxes in Korea
- Article 14 (Company's Duties, Rights and Disclaimers)

- ⑤ The company shall not divulge or distribute a member's personal information to others without the member's permission. However, this is not the case when there is a request from the relevant state agency, etc. in accordance with the relevant laws and regulations in Korea.
- ⑥ The company notifies members by SMS, e-mail, or other means only for prizes of $600 or more that require tax deduction. Members can also check whether they win or not on the site.
- ⑦ In order to disclose a member's winning notice to the outside media, the winner's consent is obtained in advance. However, after receiving the prize money, the member may be notified of the receipt of the prize money and disclosed to the outside world.
- ⑧ The company is obliged to deliver the winning money safely and quickly to its members.
- 2. Rights

- The company is exempted from liability for the following matters.

- Article 15 (Obligation of membership, rights and ID and password)
- 1. obligations of members
- ① Only those aged 19 or older can sign up for membership, and personal information must be faithfully entered when signing up.
- ② Members shall not do the following when using the Services.
- A. Unlawful use of another member's ID and password
- B. The act of using information obtained by using the service for copying, processing, translating, secondary works, etc. in addition to the personal use of members, or providing it to a third party
- C. An act of damaging or disadvantaging another person's reputation
- D. An act that infringes on the company's copyright, copyright of a third party, and other rights
- E. The act of disseminating information, sentences, figures, voices, etc. to others that violate public order and customs
- F. An act objectively recognized as being associated with a crime
- G. The registration or dissemination of computer virus infection data that causes the destruction and confusion of information or malfunction of facilities related to services
- H. The act of transmitting information that may interfere with the stable operation of the service or transmitting advertising information against the intention of the recipient
- I. Any act that violates other terms and conditions and relevant laws and regulations
- ③ The member himself is responsible for the management of the member ID and password. The member himself shall not lend or transfer the member ID and password given to the member to a third party, and shall be responsible for any consequences caused by negligence of management and fraudulent use.
- ④ Members must immediately change their passwords and notify the company of the fact if their membership ID is used illegally.
- ⑤ Members must modify their personal information through the website's personal information modification page or request the company by wire when their personal information is changed.
- ⑥ Members shall not engage in business activities using the service without prior approval from the Company, and the Company shall not be liable for the consequences of such business activities.
- ⑦ Members shall faithfully comply with the matters prescribed in these Terms and Conditions and the relevant statutes and the guidelines or precautions for use of the service.
- ⑧ Members must comply with the restrictions on use posted by the company on the service notice or separately announced by the company.
- ⑨ Members must comply with these Terms and Conditions and the relevant laws and regulations of the Republic of Korea.
- 2. the rights of members
- ① Members may request usage details from the company. The company is obligated to provide information to the members about this.
- ② Members have the right to receive protection for the amount charged and the amount paid. The company is obligated to protect the members' assets on the site.
- ③ Members may modify and request the company to do so, and the company is obliged to provide services wirelessly and wirelessly.

- Article 16 (Dispute Resolution)
- ① The company does its best to reflect legitimate opinions or complaints raised by its members and to compensate for the damage.
- ② The company does its best to reflect complaints and opinions arising from members. However, if it is difficult to handle it quickly, the members shall be notified of the reason and schedule.
- ③ In the event of a legal dispute between the company and its members, the Seoul Central District Court shall be the competent court.
