  • The general principles of the SUPER LUCK service's personal information processing policy are to protect members' personal information (information that can identify members such as names as information about members) in relation to the subscription and use of services provided to members, and to establish and implement technical and administrative principles for membership registration and management, identification and authentication, service provision, and prevention of illegal use according to the provision of membership services (including marketing events).

We will select a person or company that can comply with SUPER LUCK's personal information protection policy, and clearly stipulate the company's strict guidelines for personal information protection, confidentiality of personal information, prohibition of provision to third parties, liability in case of an accident, and compensation for damages through consignment contracts, and preserve the details of the contract in writing or electronic records.

After the purpose of the collected personal information is achieved, all electronic information except for the member ID is deleted without delay in a way that cannot be restored by any method, and the information collected in writing is also pulverized or incinerated with a document shredder. In the case of items obligated to be preserved pursuant to the provisions of related laws and regulations, such as the Commercial Act and the Consumer Protection Act in the Electronic Commerce Act, etc., the relevant personal information shall be stored for a certain period of time prescribed by the relevant laws and regulations, and in this case, the company uses the information it keeps for the purpose of storage only.
  • In addition, ID is preserved to prevent confusion in service use, and in the case of member information that has been deleted in violation of SUPER LUCK's terms and conditions of use, the information is kept for one year to prevent illegal use. In addition, if there is no connection for more than a year, it will be converted to a dormant account and personal information will be stored separately.
  • 06. Personal information management (access, correction, deletion, etc.)

You can view and correct your personal information registered through the 'My Information Management' page on the member's SUPER LUCK website, and request to cancel your subscription at any time. In addition, all entries can be modified on the 'My Information Management' page except for the name stored through real name or adult authentication, and if the ID (or password) is lost, the ID (or password) can be checked through the ID search (or password search) at the bottom of the login menu. Members can cancel their subscription through the 'My Information Management' page, and when they cancel their subscription, their personal information will be processed in accordance with the provisions of related laws such as the Commercial Act and the Consumer Protection Act in e-commerce.
  • 2. Rights of members and legal representatives and how they are exercised
  • A. Members and legal representatives may exercise the following privacy-related rights against the Company at any time.

  • B. The exercise of rights under paragraph 1 may be made to the company in writing, by phone, e-mail, or by fax.   • C. If a member requests correction or deletion of an error in personal information, the company will not use or provide the personal information until the correction or deletion is completed.
  • D. The exercise of rights under paragraph (1) may be made through an agent, such as a member's legal representative or a person who has been delegated, and in this case, a power of attorney in accordance with attached Form 11 of the Enforcement Rules of the Personal Information Protection Act must be submitted.
  • E. Members shall not infringe on the personal information and privacy of the members themselves or others handled by the company in violation of relevant laws such as the Personal Information Protection Act.
  • 07. Operation of Cookies
  • SUPER LUCK uses a 'cookie' that stores the user's information and fetches it from time to time. A 'cookie' is a temporary file that automatically transmits simple access information for identifying users accessed through a web browser and does not transmit any other information. Members have a choice about installing cookies (rejected through 'Web browser's top menu > tools > Internet options > privacy'), but if they refuse to install cookies, they cannot use SUPER LUCK's service normally.
  • 08. Measures for the Protection of Personal Information
  • SUPER LUCK has the following management and technical measures in place to ensure that the information is not lost, stolen, leaked, tampered with or damaged in processing members' personal information.
  • First, SUPER LUCK members' passwords are stored and managed by encrypting them, so only the members themselves can know, and you can also check and change your personal information by entering the password.
  • Second, the company strives to equip all technical devices to ensure system security, and prevents personal information from being leaked or damaged by hacking or computer viruses. In addition, we frequently back up the data to prevent leakage or damage of members' personal information.
  • Third, employees who handle personal information are limited to the person in charge, and we are trying to correct and improve immediately if a problem is found by checking the matters related to the personal information processing policy and compliance with the person in charge.
  • However, you are responsible for the security and maintenance of personal information such as passwords, and the member is also responsible for the accident caused by the member's carelessness. Therefore, no one should be allowed to know the member's personal information, such as ID and password, if you share a computer with another person or use the service in a public place, avoid using the ID and password storage function, and make sure to log out and exit the web browser after using the service.
  • 08-1. Criteria for judging additional use and provision
  • SUPER LUCK may additionally use and provide personal information without the consent of members in consideration of the matters pursuant to Article 14-2 of the Enforcement Decree of the Personal Information Protection Act pursuant to Article 15 (3) and Article 17 (4) of the Personal Information Protection Act.
